Went for the band promotional ceremony thing today. First, they presented the ranks. Yay! I got sergeant. Not too bad right? I think. Haha. But i was so afraid i'll embarass myself on the stage by falling down or something. Haha. And the way i bow to the audience was so awkward. It was more of a nod of the head. Lol.

Then mr gooi also got something which is a form of appreciation. When he went up, the whole band stood up just to clap and cheer for him. Wow. Damn nice man.

Then had the tea break thing. Then being the super nice people, me and sheryl helped the section to take the drinks and food since we came down first and don't need to change. Hmm. The food not too bad. At least better than the band comp food. Haha.

After that, we went up to the hall for the performances. Our section put up a skit. Damn funny. Me, sheryl, ira and zarifah can't stop laughing. But even for the performance, my section had to embarass me by saying that they hope i can find a guy to suit my weird taste. What the heck? Now the whole band knows i have weird taste. Haha. And the saxophone section put up a video. It was simple. But very touching. Seriously. But even though the performance my section put up is not as touching or anything, i really like it a lot. It was super nice. It was my favourite performance for today. But of course. What do you expect? Even though huihui acted me as someone so retarded. Am i really like that? Haha. Then she still said " jonathan leong so handsome. Better than hady loh." Haha. That i have to admit is something i say very often.

Then, the section gave me, sheryl, ira and zarifah a card each. It was ENORMOUS. Really. The biggest card i've ever seen. Haha. At the front, it's this drawing siying draw. Quite cute. Then inside, at the left side, they sign it and pasted some sweets to form a heart shape. Why must they do that? Now i can't bear to eat them. And sheryl suggested pasting back the wrappers after eating the sweet. Haha. So crap. On the right side, it's some strips of paper on which each of the section member wrote something. And more of which wrote to wish me good luck in finding a guy. What the heck again? Haha. At the back, they wrote kuai gao zhang da and pasted two section photos which we took during band comp. Don't know why they wrote that. Damn sad can? Sheryl's they wrote you yi wan sui. And mine? Kuai gao zhang da. Haha. Anyway, just want to say that i was very touched by the card even though a lot was trying to disturb me as usual. Haha. But the card is seriously very sweet. Maybe is because of the sweet they pasted inside? Haha. Crap again. Thank you all clarinettists! Oh man. I really love this section and the members. All of them are just so wonderful. No wonder i'm in this section. Opps. Haha.

After the concert, the sec2s and sec3s had band practice. So me and sheryl stayed back to study. Did 2 sets of emaths during that time. Hmm. Not too much. But not too bad as well. And mr gooi walked past and talked to us for a while. Ask things like where we want to go after graduating from secondary school. And also what we want to do when we grow up. Then when i said i don't know, he said how can don't know, even small boys and small girls know they want to be doctor, policeman or other things. Then i said that i don't know what i want to be because i'm not a small boy or small girl. Lucky he never hear. Haha.

After they were released, me and sheryl walked with the usual people to lot 1 and ate with huihui and jordan at kfc. So long never eat there already. Eating there remind me of the times we would go there to eat after band prac. Miss those times man. Then walked home with them after that. Don't know why i can't stop laughing. Weird.

And because of that performance which lets EVERYONE knows that i have weird taste, kumar walked past me a few times and said "weird taste" to me. All my section's fault. Haha.

I really love my section members. They really made a great impact in my life. Without them, i think i may be even more spastic. Haha.

Won't forget today. Unless i have amnesia. Lol.
