Bandfest will start next wednesday. Don't know if i should be excited about it or not. I mean i think it'll be fun. Meeting new people. Playing songs together. But at the same time, i'll be playing with people who're so much better than me. I bet i'll be intimidated by their skills. Oh man. And i'm still stuck with first. Not that i'm complaining or anything. But when i was playing with the rest of the people "japanese graffiti", i was spending most of the time figuring those high notes. And when i recalled the fingerings for those notes, the song has already moved on. Whereas when rani exchanged his third part with me when we played together, at least i could play most part of the song.

I know what they say about how we cannot keep playing the parts we're comfortable with and should play stuff which we don't want to play, or else we would not improve. It's true. But i really don't think i'll be prepared enough to play the first part in such a short time. At least if i'm given the second part, the jump is not that great.

AHH!!! How?? I don't want to go there to just sia suay myself. =(
